Milk
- Bring the bottle in from the doorstep as soon as it arrives and keep it refrigerated.
- Boil before use.
- Keep the cap closed between uses.
Ghee
- Keep the jar closed, away from heat and direct sunlight.
- Use a clean, dry spoon.
The bottle
- Rinse the empty bottle and leave it out for the morning collection.
