Know where your milk comes from.

Membership is by reservation.

We open a limited number of places on each route every month so that every family we serve gets the same bottle at the same hour. Reservations are approved in the order they are received; when a route is full we hold your place and tell you the week it opens.

    Request

    Send the reservation form, or message us on WhatsApp.

  2. 02

    Approval & member ID

    Our reservation desk will contact you. You receive a member ID once your delivery is confirmed.

    Milk before dawn

    Your milk arrives early morning. Rinse the empty bottle and leave it out for the morning collection. Changes, pauses and new reservations received by 6:30 PM apply from the next morning’s delivery.

    One monthly bill

    Monthly billing, prepaid or postpaid.

Where do you deliver?

DESIGO® delivers in Jodhpur, Jaipur and Udaipur.

When does the milk arrive?

Early morning, in returnable glass bottles.

Why a reservation and not a cart?

Because the milk is reserved before it is milked. Each route is planned the evening before, which is also why changes close at 6:30 PM.

How are reservations approved?

Reservations are approved in the order they are received; when a route is full we hold your place and tell you the week it opens. Our reservation desk will contact you.

Can I change tomorrow’s order?

Changes, pauses and new reservations received by 6:30 PM apply from the next morning’s delivery.

How does billing work?

Monthly billing, prepaid or postpaid.

Is delivery charged?

Delivery is free on every reservation.

What do I do with the empty bottle?

Rinse the empty bottle and leave it out for the morning collection. Each bottle is washed before it is filled again.

What does it cost?

Reserve to receive today’s rate card on WhatsApp. The reservation desk shares today’s rate card when you reserve.
