Privacy

What we collect

• When you send the reservation form: your name, mobile number, city and locality, the milk or ghee you chose and the quantity.
• When you send the Wholeway® enquiry form: your organisation, name, mobile number, email (optional), city, type of institution, the products and volume you are interested in, and your message.
• With either form: the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source), so we know which page or campaign brought you.
• A security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs when you send a form, to keep out automated spam.
• Only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner: analytics and advertising cookies through Google Tag Manager. With “Only necessary”, none of these load.

Why we use it

• To contact you about your reservation or enquiry, arrange delivery and send your bill.
• To keep the forms free of spam and abuse.
• With your consent only: to understand which pages and campaigns work, and to measure our ads.

Your consent

We process the data you send through a form on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the box before you send it. You can withdraw that consent at any time; it does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

Who sees it

Our reservation desk. We also use service providers that host this website and store form entries on our behalf (such as Cloudflare and Google), only to run the service for us. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is needed for your reservation or membership and for our legal and accounting obligations. After that it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct, complete or erase it. You can also withdraw your consent, nominate someone to exercise these rights for you, and raise a grievance with us.

Cookies

The cookie banner asks once. “Accept” allows analytics and advertising cookies; “Only necessary” keeps them off. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and choose again.

Children

This website is not directed at children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
